Terms and Conditions of Booking

 | Bookings may be made by telephone but should be confirmed with a completed booking form within seven days.
|
| A deposit of £100 for each week booked is payable at the time of booking (non-returnable).
|
| Bookings are from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10am on the Saturday of departure.
|
| The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
|
| For last minute bookings a cheque for the full amount must be posted, allowing 5 working days for banking clearance upon receipt. If time does not allow a bank transfer must be organised.

| Guests to provide their own bed linen and towels.
|
| The house may not be occupied by more than the numbers specified.
|
| We regret pets are not allowed.
|
| We cannot hold ourselves responsible for valuables or other property of guests left in the house – please arrange your own insurance cover.
|
|
The client agrees to leave the property in the same clean condition as found and to report and pay for any breakage, loss or damage before leaving.
A deposit of 150 Euros is to be left with the caretakers on arrival.
50 Euros is kept by the caretaker, £35 will be deducted from the booking price to cover this.
The further 100 Euros will be fully refunded before departure if the house is left in good, clean condition.
